Shit has been strange lately. I need to get on a supplement regimen to help my mood swings during pms, every time I get to 5-6 days away from my period I am constantly on the verge of tears and/or laughter. I start overthinking EVERYTHING. I want to eat, fuck, and kill everything in my way. It’s too much to handle, I always feel like I’m falling into this depression no one understands....
