i’m ecstatic and just got a couple recipes to work on for then.
i have 1lb of ground turkey.
knead the turkey with salt, pepper, onions, bread crumbs and one egg until as soft as i can manage.
add any type of vegetables inside, a couple of carrot sticks, peas, asparagus, some chopped up ham maybe.. even some beans.
then wrap it TIGHTLY in muslin cloth.

i’ve been going to the gym since dec 29 i have not been dieting, just trying to not have over 2000 kcal a day -_- and i’ve only done cardio maybe 10 times. but i’ve managed to lose 5 lbs, just lifting! that gives me hope that when i try to lose another 5 lbs i’ll be able to.
i’ve had 3 routines counting the one i just started today.

i feel just a little bit of empathy for teen mothers because it musn’t be an easy life to live. maybe once they got pregnant they didn’t have much of a choice, be it parents or whatever the case. but we ALL have the choice, it’s called birth control. i know once you have a steady partner it is so boring to use one, but truthfully, it is the biggest life saver, literally.
